Butler Mountain Highlands Property Owners Association Annual Meeting Notice

The annual meeting of BMHPOA will be held this year on December 12, 2023 at 6:30 at 126 DJ Dr.

The annual meeting is used to present and approve next year’s budget (which you have already received via email), approve previous board minutes, vote on new board members (we will have two rolling off the board this year and so need 2 new members), discuss community issues, demo the community website (for those of you who haven’t seen it, or want further explanation) and approve any changes to the CCRs as needed.

Inasmuch as we will have board openings, please submit the names of those who you feel could contribute to the board (board@bmhpoa.org).  Serving on the board is a service to the community, and because we are relatively small, and have a great group of neighbors, the work isn’t too demanding!

Please plan to attend—your presence is important!
