Hello and welcome to Butler Mountain Highland's website.  The POA Board wanted to make sure our residents have a user-friendly, convenient place to get the information they're looking for, whether it's our bylaws, covenants, the deed to our bald, information about upcoming membership meetings, events on the bald, contact information for contacting board members or other residents in our association, what our committees are and how to get involved, who our utility providers are, information about our water association, future assessments, dues, current or last year's budget— you can even find information concerning upcoming weather predictions and possible snow removal as well as road maintenance information.
