Hurricane Helene whacked our community along with all of western North Carolina, but thanks to the hard work of many BMH residents, we are recovering. Thanks especially to our president, Sharon Eschenroeder, who not only organized the response, but picked up a shovel and dug out mudslides, along with Roger, Sparrel, Corwin, Will, Glen, Chris, and others, including many from BM.
